Callback

Callback (Call Back) allows calling any numbers all over the world at low rate by using connection of two numbers. During call order Comtube calls your number and then number you need to connect. The connection occurs after answer of subscriber. In this case there are allocated connection channels there so the quality does not depend on your internet.

The reasons you need it?

  • considerable saving on calls all over the world, tariffs ;
  • for communication without microphone and earphones;
  • connection of two numbers;
  • for call planning at convenient time;
  • in order not to load an additional software to computer (in internet cafe, on a visit and etc.).

How to use?

You may start to use Callback just now. You need to make quick registration and refill balance by any convenient way on page « Pay ».

There are 3 ways to call through the service Callback :

  1. Via website:

    Enter number for connection in margin «My number» on page «Main page – Callback» , and number you want to call – in margin «Subscriber number». Then you may order connection at once or schedule call at the set date and time. At necessary time the system calls on your number and then on number you need to connect;

  2. Via Text message - CallBack:

    Authorize your mobile number on page «My profile – My contacts» (it is required only one time): enter number and tick a box «Allow authorization». In order to make call you should send text message to number: +7 (925) 450-95-38, +7 (916) 425-00-53, +7 (903) 182-54-58 with text *1*79261234567 – where 79261234567 is a number you want to call. Expect incoming call.

  3. Via mobile application IP-Callback (for Android and iPhone ).

Charging

There are two calls in the service Callback : the first is your number and the second one is number you want to call. Therefore payment should be made for each connection separately so you should pay for 2 calls. The first call is rated from the moment of manual answering by you and the second one – at the moment of manual answering by called party. What is a Callback?

Callback is a telephone service which allows the client to make callback with necessary user so that this call will be incoming for users. Considering that most incoming calls of mobile operators are free of payment, the user should not pay to his mobile operator and talks according to Comtube tariffs of IP-telephony. Price on IP-telephony is considerably cheaper in comparison with tariffs of mobile or landline communication connection (even you pay for 2 connections).

Call control during talk via DTMF- codes

List of available DTMF-codes:

  1. Call forwarding to any number:

    ## - call forwarding to the third number. After entering codes you should enter a number and push the button "#". Further wait for an answer. If you hang up the phone the call will be continued with the third number. If person of called number hangs up the phone you return to main user. During the talk with third number you may push the button "#" in order to return to main user. Also you may push "*" in order to terminate the talk with all participants.

  2. Call other number staying on the line:

    ** - terminates talk with user and provides opportunity to enter a new number to call.

  3. Terminate talk and redial in a given time:

    #m (m - from 0 to 9) - terminate talk and redial in m * 10 minutes ( #0 in 5 minutes).

    For example, #3 – terminates and redials in 30 minutes.

  4. Redial:

    *0 - terminates talk with user and connects again (in case of unsatisfactory communication quality or short code dialing after connection).

  5. Forwarding to fax:

    *1 - there is a switching to fax during the talk there (works in case the function «Use voice/fax mailbox, if number is not available» is enabled on page: «Settings – Virtual number – Additional settings» ). It is available on tariff «Premium» . You may download and review fax on page: «Main page – Incoming – Fax»

  6. Conference with 3 participants:

    *3 - connect a third party to the talk (make a conference with 3 participants).

  7. Conversation recording:

    *8 - turn on the function - conversation recording. You may download and play a recording on page: «Main page – Incoming – Voicemail»

    *9 - turn off the function - conversation recording.

Text messages codes

There are special text messages codes for control of the service Callback. In order to use this service you should authorize your mobile number on website Comtube from which you will send text messages. So, as authorized Comtube user enter your Russian number in international format on page «My profile – My contacts – Add contact» (choose «Mobile phone» from opened list) and tick a box «Allow authorization».

You should send text messages to the following number: +7 (925) 450-95-38, +7 (916) 425-00-53, +7 (903) 182-54-58 with text. Text messages codes:

  1. Order Callback

    *1*[[DD.MM.YYYY] HH:MM]*number1*[number2]

    - where:

    DD.MM.YYYY - date of call (for example, 12.04.2012), non-mandatory option. If it is indicated you also should indicate the time;

    HH:MM - call time (for example, 12:00), non-mandatory option. If it is indicated without date, the call will be made on the same day at indicated time;

    number1 - if there is only this option there so this is a number you want to call;

    number2 - if there is this option there so number1 is your telephone number and number2 – number you want to call.

    Examples:

    *1*74951234567 - call 74951234567 now. At first call will come to mobile number from which text message was sent and then the number 74951234567.

    *1*79261234567*74951234567 - connect two numbers 79261234567 and 74951234567. The first call will come to 79261234567 and only after that – the number 74951234567.

    *1*12:00*74951234567 - connect number from which text message was sent with number 74951234567 at 12:00.

    *1*30.04.2012*15:00*79264567893*74951234567 - connect two numbers: 79264567893 and 74951234567 at 12:00 April 30, 2012.

  2. Redial

    You may redial last number via code:

    #redial

    The last outgoing number is a number on which the call was made through the service Callback or Text messages-Callbackk .

  3. 3) Registration of additional number for "Text messages - Сallback"

    In order to register one more number for the service «Text messages-Callback» you should send the following code:

    #register number

    - where:

    number – number you want to register.

    You will receive the answer (text message) with the result of code’s execution.

  4. Deletion of number for "Text messages - Сallback"

    In order to delete number from registered list you should send the following code:

    #unregister number

    - where:

    number – number you want to delete.

    You will receive the answer (text message) with the result of code’s execution.

  5. Receipt of the list of registered numbers for "Text messages - Сallback"

    In order to receive the list of registered numbers you should send the following code:

    #reglist

    You will receive the answer (text message) with the list of registered numbers.
